Friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again.

my second stay in tokyo and monday akihabara asakusabashi was even better! close to train stations and convenience store. exceptional service from friendly staff. highly recommend and will return!

bed a tad hard on first night

The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to various transportation options and nearby amenities such as convenience stores and restaurants.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to store luggage properly. the lack of available space meant that we had to keep our suitcases crammed near the door, making it inconvenient to get in and out of the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, despite limited language skills. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the size of the room, which was surprisingly spacious and had comfortable beds.

The room lacked adequate storage space, leaving us with no choice but to keep our suitcases closed for our entire stay. the lack of space made it difficult to unpack and organize our belongings, and we ended up feeling cramped and cluttered.

The location of Monday Akihabara Asakusabashi is fantastic, with easy access to the Yamanote Line and subway within a 5-minute walk. The room we stayed in, a "Family Room", was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the convenience of having many local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The strong Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding were additional bonuses.

Although the pillows were a bit small and flat, we were able to find a solution by using a stuffed pillow we won from a crane game. The room size was a bit small for three people, but we made it work.
