The room felt cozy with a comfy sofa, TV, and air purifier. the European decor was charming and the bed was really comfy. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the spacious layout.

Bathroom had limited space, especially around the toilet area.

The hotel had great European furnishings and a location that made everything super convenient - just a short walk to all the places I wanted to go. the spa and wellness center had fantastic amenities like a sauna and massage, making it a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the onsen had an additional fee which was a slight downside, but it didn't affect my overall amazing experience 😊.

I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, but once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel's European furnishing theme brought me back in time while still providing all the modern comforts I needed. The room layout provided a sense of privacy, and even though it felt a bit small, it was still more spacious than other Japanese offerings. The staff, despite limited English proficiency, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served on the 12th or 13th floor, offering a wide range of choices. Plus, the hotel's location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the TV tower, Odori park, and other attractions. I would highly recommend Hotel Monterey for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sapporo.

Although the onsen required an additional fee, the luxurious Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo charmed me with its European elegance and comfort. the kind staff went above and beyond, and the convenient location near the JR station made my stay truly enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel's luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with exclusive facilities that met our needs. We particularly enjoyed the Spa & wellness center, which featured a sauna, massage parlors, a spa lounge and a hot spring bath. the restaurant, with its exquisite cuisine, lived up to our expectations. We couldn't help but appreciate the hotel's location, which was conveniently close to the city's main attractions. Cons: Although our experience was largely positive, we did encounter a minor issue with the lack of public bath facilities. this did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the hotel.
