The location was fantastic, very close to the bus station, mini tour train, and shops. The hotel itself was kept very clean and the staff provided good service. The pool was nice and big, perfect for a swim. Additionally, the breakfast had a lot of options, including vegan and vegetarian choices.

The noise levels at this hotel were a bit high.

Considering the price I paid, I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of service and facilities. Secondly, the location was fantastic. Situated overlooking a vibrant central area, I was able to soak in the lively atmosphere from the comfort of my room. Additionally, the staff were truly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. One particular detail that stood out was their quick and professional assistance, especially from the receptionist Claudia. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was perfect for families with young kids, and the hotel's close proximity to the beach made it very convenient. The pools were great for kids to learn and improve their swimming skills, and there was even entertainment specifically for them in the evenings. The hotel's location was also very convenient for my travel plans, as I arrived by ferry from Barcelona and easily took a bus to Palma. The air conditioning in the apartments worked well, and although the cleaning could have been better, overall it was a pleasant place to stay. The restaurant was definitely a standout feature of this establishment, offering a wide variety of delicious food including vegetarian options, fresh salads, grilled meats, bakery products, and even free wine and soft drinks. Additionally, the hotel had both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which were fantastic.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was top-notch with plenty of options for every dietary need. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool area was very nice. the rooms were clean, had a spacious balcony, and all necessary amenities were provided. the hotel staff was polite and helpful.

The walls were unfortunately thin, which resulted in a few noisy nights and interrupted sleep. However, we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful surroundings, so it didn't affect our overall experience too much.
