We had a twin room that was larger than expected and had a reasonable size, a rare find in Tokyo. the hotel was conveniently located close to the Ginza department stores and Metro, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including an egg and omelette station, which was a great way to start the day.

The staff spoke very little English and were generally unhelpful during our stay. We were given incorrect information about luggage transfer, causing inconvenience.

This venue has a fantastic location, near several metro stations which made it easy for me to get around. I only had to walk a few minutes to get to different subway lines. It's also near the outskirts of the main shopping area, Ginza. The service was great too; the staff were helpful and friendly. The room amenities were impressive, including a heating system, mini-bar, and electric kettle, which made my stay even more comfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want to enjoy a convenient location in the city and excellent service from the staff.

It's just a few minutes' walk from several Metro Stations, making it super convenient for exploring the main downtown area. The staff were excellent and very accommodating, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The room size was good for a hotel in this bustling city, and we found the amenities to be top-notch. From the free Wi-Fi to the comfortable bed and the flat-screen TV, everything was provided for our comfort and convenience.
