Great location, renovated rooms, cozy and clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

It was just a 5-10 minute walk from all the main attractions in Geneva, including the train station, bus station, flower clock, and shopping streets. We didn't need to use any transportation at all. The neighborhood was quiet, and the room, although small, was clean and bright. We were also pleased with the full sets of towels and amenities provided. Additionally, having a Starbucks and Subway right next door was convenient, and Manor, one of the biggest malls, was only a minute's walk away. the location, cleanliness, and convenience made our stay enjoyable.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was very convenient for exploring this city's local sightseeing. The hotel was very near the lake and only the 2nd row from the river. We were also amazed by the fact that it was just 2 minutes away from the big store Manor and there was a Starbucks next to it. Moreover, it was just a 5-minute walk from the old town and Rue de rive, a street full of stores. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more pleasant.

Had a great xmas stay at a hotel. Appreciated the complementary wine & cookies on arrival, a nice touch. the location was key for us, being walking distance to the lake and having a Starbucks next door. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom too.

We had an issue with car parking upon arrival, and some of the staff were quite unhelpful and rude, which put a damper on our experience. However, the concierge and one staff member were able to assist and resolve the issue for us.

The hotel was ideally located in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and transport links. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful suggestions and tips for exploring the area. I particularly enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, which had a spacious bathroom and a great view of the surrounding area.

The internet connection was quite slow, especially in the evenings. This made it difficult to browse and upload photos or videos.

Lovely French food available. Disabled-friendly for those important business meetings.
