This hotel is fantastic! The location is very good, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by convenience stores. The rooms may be small, but they are comfortable and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that all your needs are met. it offers great value for money.

The bed in our room at Hotel Mystays Higashi-Ikebukuro was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and had a mini kitchen, which was convenient for preparing small meals. The hotel provided all the necessary toiletries and even dishwashing soap and a sponge for the kitchen. The location was excellent, being only a short walk from JR Yamanote Line, Otsuka station, and surrounded by various restaurants and convenience stores. Additionally, there was a supermarket nearby where we could find affordable ready-to-eat meals. The coin laundry area with washer and dryer was a bonus, and the hotel had free amenities and great room facilities. I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mystays Higashi-Ikebukuro and would recommend it to others.

loved my stay at mystays! exceeded expectations after my previous tokyo trip. perfect for an early morning flight, great location and value for money. having a rice cooker and electric kitchen was a lifesaver for halal food. will definitely come back!

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a spacious room and even a kitchenette. The location was perfect, near a subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Nothing not to like.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is convenient, being only around 10 minutes walk from the subway and not too far from Otsuka station on the Yamanote line. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities. The rooms are spacious enough to move around comfortably and some even offer a great view. Moreover, the hotel offers breakfast, ensuring guests start their day off right.

Difficult to find for first-time visitors.

The hotel is conveniently located near a convenience store and the Otsuka JR station. It is situated in a quiet area of Ikebukuro, away from the noise but not too far from the main street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a fridge. The staff is accommodating and helpful, and there are complete bathroom necessities provided.

The bathroom may be small and have some issues, such as a single tap for both the bath and the sink.

The hotel had complete facilities inside the room, including a microwave and electric stove which allowed me to cook. The location was key, with easy access to the main tourist attractions along the Yamanote Line. There were convenience stores nearby, and even a mosque for Muslim travelers.

The room was quite small, making it uncomfortable to move around with large suitcases. The bed was also small for two people.

The hotel staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the city. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was just a minute away from the tram stop, which was only one stop away from the JR train station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit other attractions. Additionally, there were many 24-hour convenient stores and small restaurants nearby, making it easy for us to grab a quick bite to eat or any necessities we needed.
