This hotel exceeded our expectations for a budget-friendly stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed and even an extra pillow. The location was fantastic, being conveniently situated between two metro lines, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, breakfast was included, a great way to start the day.

No complaints, everything was wonderful.

We loved the spacious quadruple room with separate beds for each family member. Convenient location near two train lines. Quiet hotel with no noise disturbance. Separate toilet from sink/shower. Close proximity to shopping street leading to Dotombori.

We enjoyed our romantic getaway and found a couple of complementary items that added to our delight. Being centrally located definitely helped us visit all the attractions in the area without any difficulty. the neighborhood was relatively quiet as well. Another advantage was the nearby shopping mall, which took care of a bit of retail therapy for us.

They were much too small and cramped, and we would have preferred a bit more space to move around in. the pillows didn't provide enough support and we both ended up with painful necks and backs.

Excellent breakfast with a great selection of Western and Japanese dishes. The staff went above and beyond to help me find my lost cards, especially Yamamoto. The location was convenient and the room was clean. Despite a small issue with the pillows, I would definitely recommend Mystays. a positive experience.
