The thin walls made it feel more like a hostel than a hotel!!! Two out of the four showers were out of order, creating an inconvenient situation for guests!!! My room floor was not clean upon arrival, which was disappointing!!!

the room was shockingly small and muggy, lacking AC entirely. i almost thought the wooden slats on the bed would give me a splinter, they kept cracking! after my dismal experience, i expected a complimentary upgrade but was met with silence, just disgraceful. how hard is it to provide basic comfort? i just couldn’t even consider giving a good review.

Check-in was a breeze and the atmosphere was friendly. The terrace for breakfast was a nice touch, especially with various options like cereals and cooked dishes. The location is ideally close to Hyde Park, but lacking air conditioning made the room a bit noisy at night with the windows open.

the staff at 72Qt were very good and super helpful. the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the bayswater tube. breakfast included tasty coffee, and there was fresh fruit and yogurt. it’s also nice to have waitrose right next door.

Cozy room, friendly staff, with a very convenient location just a short walk from Queensway tube station and a lovely outdoor breakfast area where we enjoyed a freshly cooked meal.
