The room size was excellent, and the location was superb. The biggest bath I've come across during our trip, with bath salts provided. Also, the staff were helpful and there were convenient bathroom supplies by the elevator. The superior double room was spacious, perfect for a couple of nights.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just a short walk from the train station. This makes it easy to explore the city and also provides access to a variety of dining options, including restaurants in Forus next to the station. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is also delicious, with a good variety of options available. the hotel offers amenities such as a mobile charger and a library room.

The hotel does not offer air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hotter months.

Staying here was amazing! It's located in a really good location, just a short walk away from the station and with a great bakery just outside where I could grab breakfast. The room was huge which gave me plenty of space to relax and the bathroom was really generous in size too. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They were able to understand my English and gave fantastic service. The facilities here were great too, I was able to use the gym and the library which was really nice.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Mystays in Kanazawa. The location was perfect, just a short 6-minute walk from the train station. The hotel had great amenities including a library/reading room and laundry facilities. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable king+ bed and plenty of storage space. It was a joy to have so much room to spread out during our three-day stay. The staff kept our room clean and tidy each day, and there were plenty of power points for our convenience. The onsite restaurant was welcoming and had a good menu with reasonable prices. our stay at Mystays was comfortable and enjoyable, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

The breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from, and they changed some dishes every day so it wasn't boring. They even opened 30 minutes earlier for guests during the cherry blossom season. the staff were excellent and cared deeply for our requests, also we appreciated the convenience of the location and the well-equipped fitness centre.

Our experience was marred when the staff billing error that would have favored us was corrected incorrectly resulting in the bank charging us extra. It cost us nearly AUD100 for a minor mistake on their part.
