High-quality amenities such as onsen, free daily snacks, and beverages, alongside fantastic extras like a marshmallow pit, music room, pillow library. the hotel is perfectly located directly opposite the ski field with plenty of nearby dining options, making it a great place for families and ski enthusiasts looking for a jaw-dropping stay.

The cozy rooms and top-notch service were a treat, and the complimentary extras made the stay even sweeter. Plus, the breakfast buffet was a real winner, and the free snacks and drinks were a nice touch.

Hotel Naturwald Furano is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, from the cozy rooms to the breathtaking art. the Onsen was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel's proximity to Furano's ski field and other landmarks like Ningle Terrace and Furano Winery made family bonding easy.

we had the best hotel stay in Hokkaido at Naturwald. our room was cozy with a great view and a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide variety of food options to choose from. the hotel offered many complimentary extras like snacks and drinks in the lobby, creating a pleasant and enjoyable experience for all guests.

During my recent business trip to Furano, my director chose the fabulous Hotel Naturwald as our accommodation. the location couldn't have been better, right across from the ski field but still within walking distance of downtown Furano. the hotel's numerous extras truly impressed me , from free snacks and beverages, including a fun beer hour, to a pillow library and indoor kids' area. the buffet breakfast offered a delightful mix of Japanese and Western dishes, and the reasonably priced dinner buffet was a winner in my book. the staff made a genuine effort to assist despite language barriers, and the in, house onsen was a relaxing highlight.

Family-friendly amenities: indoor playground, free dessert, children's snacks. Variety of free snacks and drinks. Cons: Felt truly spoilt, no complaint.

The hotel Naturwald Furano exceeded all our expectations. the value for money was exceptional. For a very reasonable price, we were able to stay in spacious and comfortable rooms without much decor, but with beautiful views on the ground level. The attention to detail was also impressive, with well-stocked amenities in the bathroom and a small kitchenette with complimentary drinks. Additionally, the location of the hotel right in front of the ski lift was perfect for our winter getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a memorable stay. The breakfast, prepared by wonderful chefs, was absolutely delicious.

Additionally, the hotel offers a free bus service to and from town for dinner, adding convenience for guests.

The staff at the front desk, especially one particular individual, lacks hospitality etiquette and their demeanor towards guests is cold and withdrawn.

I had an excellent experience at Hotel Naturwald Furano. The facilities were top-notch, and there was plenty of space for my family to enjoy. We especially loved the hot spring and soft drink bar. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh juices. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us, such as providing a map code when we needed it. I highly recommend Hotel Naturwald for a family stay.

Great public bath with indoor/outdoor tubs. Excellent location across from lift and Gondola. Nice snacks/free refreshment in lobby. Very good ski locker room. Family friendly with all amenities for younger kids, simple snacks and drinks in the afternoon. Good breakfast buffet with variety. Cosy and well-decorated Tawny Owl room with a kitchenette and jacuzzi bathtub. Convenient location with a convenience shop nearby.

The hotel offered amenities for families and children, making it a perfect location for Easter vacations. the indoor play area and complementary snacks were a hit and the location was easy to access and close to shopping areas. the breakfast served was appetizing and satisfying.

The room was outdated, and the sofa was torn. the bed was soft and had a dent in the center that made consistent sleep difficult.
