The hotel's location is ideal for a leisurely walk at night and exploring nearby attractions. The Nakasu-Kawabata station on top of the hotel allows for convenient travel in and out of the property. The rooms are well-equipped with a control unit/alarm clock, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff provides excellent service, as mentioned by guests who were escorted to their rooms and had a pleasant experience.

The lack of English channels on the TV, but it wasn't a major issue as guests were more focused on exploring the city and enjoying their stay.

Impressed by the elegant entrance with high ceilings and marble columns. The room on the 11th floor was modern, spacious, and well-equipped. Free WiFi and a nice exercise room and pool. Convenient location with a subway station underneath and many shops and restaurants nearby. this hotel is excellent and worth the price.

Convenient location, connected to Nakasu-Kawabata station for easy travel. Clean and comfortable twin room with cozy bedding. Excellent amenities and top-notch service from friendly staff. Impressive facilities including gym, pool, and restaurant. Truly a first-class experience.

The room was comfortable, and the service was fast and efficient. the hotel staff was friendly, and the check-in process was straightforward. the hotel location was great for getting around the city and exploring nearby attractions. I also appreciated that the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start the day.

Despite the comfortable room and friendly service, the hotel was in dire need of a renovation. the decor and amenities were dated, and many of the fixtures and furnishings were showing signs of wear and tear.

Stylish and luxurious, this hotel offers exclusive amenities that meet the needs of even the most demanding guests. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi guarantee a relaxing stay, while the massage services and private facilities ensure a memorable experience. the restaurant serves delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for unwinding.

There was a minor issue with the coffee service in the lobby, as we had to wait a bit longer than expected to get our drinks. this did not play a significant role in our overall experience at the hotel.
