The hotel is located in a very luxurious area, with high-end shopping just underneath the hotel. It is walking distance from popular attractions such as the Rambla and Catalonia Square. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near the Barcelona Bus sightseeing routes, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a good-sized bathroom and a small balcony. The fridge in the room was a nice touch and was in good condition.

That the breakfast offered was quite expensive for what was provided. It would have been better if a croissant and more variety were included in the meal.

The location of Actual is unbeatable, right near major attractions and with the metro just across the street. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The staff, especially the lady receptionist, were friendly and helpful, providing valuable information. I also appreciated the free WiFi and the complimentary coffee and biscuits on level 1. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and quality.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the fact that my room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The large bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough to move around. the hotel's location was great with plenty of shopping options nearby and easy access to many tourist attractions within walking distance. the staff was very welcoming and helpful which was a bonus.

the room was slightly cramped and lacked sufficient storage and shelving space which made it inconvenient to store my belongings. Finally, the hotel's gimmick of turning off lights and TV if it detected inactivity was quite annoying, especially when watching TV late at night.
