breathtaking view from 48th floor, convenient access to Bentencho station via walkway, proximity to Life supermarket and Family Mart

Hearing sirens even on the 48th floor was annoying!!! The centralized heating system left us unable to switch to air-con, making sleep uncomfortable during the night. Rooms could use an upgrade to modern standards!!!

The bathrooms felt outdated and small compared to other hotels!!! An upgrade would be appreciated!!! Navigating with large luggage can be quite the trek if you don’t take a taxi!!! The carpets showed visible stains, which is off-putting!!!

We enjoyed breathtaking views from our room and appreciated the hotel's convenient connection to Bentencho Station. The Solaniwa Onsen was a delightful bonus that added to our relaxing experience.

Wifi was strong and luggage storage was convenient. Stiff beds made sleep tough, though.

oh, what a delight it was to stay here, apart from the heat with a non-working AC and only one flimsy pillow. i also was shocked to find no complimentary water in my 'premium' room during a scorching 33 degrees c. a room upgrade would ve been nice, but who needs that when you can just be a regular guest, right?

The view from our 23rd-floor room was stunning, and there was convenient access to 2 train stations close by.

Loved the spacious, modern rooms with breathtaking views of Osaka! The buffet had amazing food variety, but the bathroom could use some updates. Definitely returning!

Stayed for 2 nights, and the staff was super friendly, helping us with our bags on check-in. The room had a stunning view of the city. It was clean and cozy! There's a nice bar/lounge area for grabbing a drink, but navigating the stairs from the station with luggage was a bit rough. Still, a solid experience overall.

i had a wonderful stay at art hotel osaka bay tower. my superior queen room was very nice and clean, and the breakfast on the 51st floor was fantastic with a breathtaking view. the convenience of having a subway station nearby made getting around super easy. the hotel also had a great parking situation, which was a big plus for me.

i would strongly recommend.

The staff were incredible! Every day they greeted us with such warmth, even remembering our names. And man, the view from our room? Just wow! Super close to the train stations, which made exploring not just easy, but a breeze.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
