Big room, big bathroom, and very nice ventilation! I loved being able to set the air conditioning myself. The staff were helpful and there were many amenities available in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located near Ueno Station and Ueno Park. I had a pleasant stay.

I felt safe and secure with the triple lock system throughout the hotel. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the giant bathtub was a great bonus. I would highly recommend Resol Ueno for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was great and efficiently served. the hotel was in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. the hotel lobby had free coffee and tea amenities that were available all day. the staff were helpful, friendly, and very professional. We liked the fact that we could easily get to and from the airport.

Our room was quite small and uncomfortable. the air conditioning unit was not positioned very well and it was really difficult to adjust the angle of the wind blowing towards the bed.

stayed in a fancy hotel in Tokyo but Resol Ueno was even better! Small room but had everything, and the location was perfect, no noise disturbance outside.
