We were impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the place. They provided us with towels, pajamas, teeth brushes, and slippers, making our stay even more comfortable. The capsules themselves were surprisingly roomy and comfortable, with a nice design. Plus, we had a beautiful view of the city, including the Tokyo Tower. We also loved the convenience of having two floors with tables, perfect for relaxing or doing some work. And the air conditioning was excellent. a wonderful experience at Nine Hours Hamamatsucho.
