rose garden shinjuku exceeded my expectations during my recent business stay in tokyo. the helpful receptionist and spacious room made my experience even better than my previous trip to japan. i will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

As friends who are going out at nights, we loved the convenient location, right beside a metro station and within 10 minutes walk of Shinjuku. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the bustling nightlife.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The lobby creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, even creating special gestures like a heart made of roses for honeymooners. The rooms offer amenities such as toothbrushes, slippers, and even bath salts, providing a touch of luxury.

Some guests have mentioned that the room sizes can be on the smaller side, which is a common characteristic of Japanese hotels.

The hotel had a great location for my business trip, with easy access to public transportation and convenience stores nearby. Being close to the main train station and a subway line made it very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Plus, the hotel was set in a quiet area, which was perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of meetings.

Although the initial room was too small, they showed us a significantly bigger room with four beds which was perfect. I recommend this hotel.

Nothing, it is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect - right across the street from a subway entrance and just next to Nishi-Shinjuku station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and travel to Haneda airport. Despite being close to the train station, the hotel was far enough away to guarantee a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

I especially loved the wet room style shower/bath, separate from the toilet and vanity. the hotel's location was convenient, right next to a metro station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Rose Garden Shinjuku for anyone visiting the city.

Value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and convenient amenities like a toilet seat warmer. The location was perfect, just a minute away from Marunouchi station and a short walk to the vibrant Shinjuku district. The helpful and English-speaking front desk staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to rail station and in walking distance to Shinjuku center making it an ideal base for exploration. The room was small but well-appointed with tea and coffee facilities, and an iron. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with good water pressure in the shower.

The pillows were too small and hard, and the sound of vehicles on the main road outside could be heard with the windows open.

Over Christmas, we stayed in a cozy hotel with lots of charm. the breakfast buffet had a nice mix of Japanese and western options. we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and greeting toys for the kids. the location was perfect, with multiple convenience stores nearby and easy access to public transportation. One of the best things about our stay was the warm and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked sufficient storage options which made it difficult to stay organized during our visit. the hotel could have provided better directions to the subway station as it was a bit challenging to find our way in the dark after a long day of sightseeing.
