Nothing, it is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect - right across the street from a subway entrance and just next to Nishi-Shinjuku station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and travel to Haneda airport. Despite being close to the train station, the hotel was far enough away to guarantee a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to rail station and in walking distance to Shinjuku center making it an ideal base for exploration. The room was small but well-appointed with tea and coffee facilities, and an iron. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with good water pressure in the shower.

The pillows were too small and hard, and the sound of vehicles on the main road outside could be heard with the windows open.

Over Christmas, we stayed in a cozy hotel with lots of charm. The breakfast buffet had a nice mix of Japanese and western options. we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and greeting toys for the kids. The location was perfect, with multiple convenience stores nearby and easy access to public transportation. One of the best things about our stay was the warm and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked sufficient storage options which made it difficult to stay organized during our visit. the hotel could have provided better directions to the subway station as it was a bit challenging to find our way in the dark after a long day of sightseeing.
