Large rooms and friendly staff!

Spent Easter in Sapporo and enjoyed my stay in the hotel. the rooms were spacious, offering plenty of space to move around. I loved the key location which was a short walk away from the attractions and shopping areas. the hotel had a clean and cozy atmosphere which was a definite plus!

The lack of modern facilities was noticeable, and it was difficult to find a pot for boiling water in the room. the closet didn't have any light, which made it hard to see inside.

Friendly staff, spoke English well. Convenient location near Snow Festival and Susukino. Cozy and warm during winter. Spacious and clean rooms with sofa and coffee table. Close to subway and convenience stores. Efficient email response for room requests.
