Great location, 5-minute walk from station, helpful and professional staff. Laundry room and vending machines available. Good supply of toiletries and green tea. Fast and free internet. Restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near Fushimi station, making it easy to explore the nearby area and attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The hotel is also close to a subway station, allowing for easy transportation around the city. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which provided a variety of options to start our day. Additionally, the room offered a nice view of the surrounding area.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as we noticed some stains on the bath towel, which made us uncomfortable.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and good breakfast. the hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to transportation options. Breakfast was also good with a decent variety of options.

Aged facilities and inadequate cleaning. Unfortunately, the hotel’s facilities were somewhat outdated, with carpets that need replacing and bathrooms that require upgrading.

We had a fantastic stay at Silk Tree in Nagoya. The location was excellent, with a subway station and airport limousine bus stop right in front of the hotel. It made getting around the city so convenient. There were also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

The value for money at Silk Tree was excellent, with spacious rooms and helpful staff. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Fushimi and Sakae stations, and close to shopping areas. The hotel also provided a book of restaurant discounts for nearby places, a great bonus!

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
