Clean, modern room with soundproofing. Unassuming staff.

Super lekker location, it’s a quick walk to the main shops and eateries. Room was clean and even had a humidifier – proper win! Staff was super friendly, chommie helped with directions like a champ.

The air vents were completely caked in dust—absolutely disgusting. Not to mention, the toilet wasn't even cleaned properly, which is just baffling! I woudl ve been okay with the mediocre service if I’d received a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but nope. I almost thought about giving a good review, but, I just couldn’t.

Request the pictorial instructions for the air conditioning to avoid confusion, as it may not be intuitive at first.

Such a cozy spot tucked away, loved the quiet! Easy access to transport, and navigating the area was a breeze. The friendly staff even had umbrellas waiting for us when it poured!

But, my room was so small, I swear my suitcase was my roommate! A tad cramped for my taste—next time, I’ll befriend the bellhop for extra space!

i stayed at hotel sunroute for 2 nights with my family, and we really enjoyed the good breakfast options. the location was pretty convenient, especially being close to the underground station. the standard twin room was clean and the beds were comfy, making for a pleasant stay.

Cleaning could be improved, as dust from the air vents blew into the room. While the stay was pleasant overall, these issues detracted from a better experience.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a flat-screen TV. On my first stay, the staff guided me to places with a good exchange rate, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend visiting the restaurant for breakfast! I'm coming back for a weekend.
