I recently stayed at Sunroute in Ginza for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room itself was exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable and clean. I appreciated having filter coffee available in the room. The hotel's location in the posh Ginza area was ideal, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the staff spoke English well. a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

This hotel is located in a popular tourist area and is walking distance to many attractions. The comfortable beds and clean bathrooms are a plus. The hotel provides a consistent level of cleanliness throughout. There are plenty of places to eat in the neighborhood offering affordable choices.

The staff is not very friendly or helpful making it difficult to get proper assistance.

Good value with room and breakfast for 3 nights costing aud $500. The best thing was the hotel provided a mobile handy phone for your use to make calls and had maps loaded to help getting around town. It was fantastic. Also there is a cafe serving lattes a few doors away. , which we used a lot.
