I recently stayed at Melia in Palma for a week with my wife and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a great location overlooking a beautiful marina. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially the dining staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The half board option exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious food for both breakfast and dinner. The paella served each night was a standout dish. The hotel also offers the flexibility to switch dinner to lunch if desired, making it even more convenient. we were very satisfied with our stay at Melia.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated just opposite the marina and not far from the city center. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the marina and the beautiful sea. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was sparkling clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right. Additionally, the hotel had a pool and a bar where I could enjoy a refreshing drink. it was a great hotel with a prime location and top-notch facilities.

That the breakfast food was sometimes served cold, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful. Great location, newly renovated with a nice entrance hall. The room was nice and clean, with a beautiful seafront position. The pool and sanitization were well taken care of. Quick and plentiful lifts.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel near Palma, and it was simply outstanding. The size of the hotel was impressive, with its glass walls and large open spaces. The moment I walked into the entrance, I was struck by the magnificence of the place, particularly the grand staircase. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts I needed after a long day of sailing. And speaking of sailing, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from Palma. The breakfast spread was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is definitely going on my list of favorites.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the port and within easy reach of the city's main attractions.

The hot breakfast was not served at the ideal temperature and was barely warm. This lack of attention to detail in the dining experience made us hesitant to have our evening meal at the hotel.

The hotel itself was spotless and fully air-conditioned, making our stay very comfortable. The location was great, right on the harbor with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops surrounding it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we loved our stay here.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was near the old town but away from the noisy nightlife. The staff, especially Guillem, were extremely helpful in recommending local restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. We enjoyed the tapas restaurant and the access to serve-yourself drinks in the dedicated area for level clients. The hotel was spacious and had great views of the marina.

The spa facilities were a bit disappointing with the steam room not working and the pool being quite cool.

The hotel could improve its customer service and be more engaged in wanting to provide a better experience. However, I would still recommend this hotel to all due to its great location and the high quality services provided.
