We loved the clean and beautifully decorated rooms, with a traditional Japanese design. The separate shower room and toilet were a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, close to train stations and the metro. The toiletries provided were of high quality.

We felt completely satisfied with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

My stay at Cotoha Hotel Okachimachi was an amazing experience! The authentic Japanese atmosphere made me feel like I was truly immersing myself in the culture. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop onsen bath tub, where I had the chance to shower under the stars. The location was perfect, close to the subway and surrounded by cool bar streets and great restaurants. Even though the rooms were small, the staff's helpfulness and the overall charm of the hotel made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and unforgettable stay in Tokyo.

I had a fantastic stay at a new and modern hotel in a great location. The room was clean and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the open air spa on the roof. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke English fluently. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from Okachimachi station and close to popular areas like Ueno and Akihabara. There were plenty of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Despite the small size of the room, I found it to be comfortable and the soundproofing kept things quiet. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English well, providing great suggestions. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with free hot drinks offered throughout the day. The location was perfect, with Ueno station nearby for easy transportation to Narita airport, and the Okachimachi station just a short walk away, connecting to multiple subway lines. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still conveniently located near various amenities and attractions like Ueno Park and shopping malls.
