We had a wonderful stay at this lakeside resort. The location was stunning, right on the water's edge, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the boat trips around the lake and the opportunity to spot hippos.

The lack of outdoor dining facilities was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the option of enjoying dinner or drinks outside on warm evenings.

Professional reception, spacious room, convenient laundry service, helpful room service, enjoyable breakfast buffet.

Good staff, nice location for birdwatching and convenient for travel between Nairobi and Eldoret. Lovely bathroom. a satisfactory experience.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the lake and the gardens are well-maintained. the staff was very kind and always on hand to help. They had three great swimming pools to choose from, which was great. the food offered had great variety and was tasty.

The rooms were much smaller than expected and had a few maintenance issues such as broken mosquito nets. the restaurant lacked variety and the same menu became monotonous after a few days.

This hotel is truly a haven of luxury and exclusivity. the spa and wellness centre is fantastic with a wonderful massage and body scrub options to choose from. the sauna and steam room add to the relaxing atmosphere, and the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for a refreshing swim. the beauty treatments are top-notch, and the spa lounge is the ideal place for relaxation. the hotel staff is incredibly attentive and efficient, with excellent service all around.

The one minor issue was that the breakfast menu was limited, with no special diet menus available. the packed lunches and dinner options were exceptional, with a Snack bar and BBQ facilities available for use.
