Mind-blowing staff, SUPER clean rooms, jaw-dropping location next to train station and delicious breakfast with Japanese and Western options!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the JR station, subway, and bus terminal just a short 5-10 minute walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we were impressed with the amenities provided, including bath salts, which was a first for us in a 3-star hotel. The hotel staff went above and beyond, taking care of our needs when we were unwell, showing us kindness and thoughtfulness beyond our expectations. We were thankful for their hospitality, especially Kikuchi-san and her colleagues. The facilities in the room, such as the temperature-controlled air conditioning, comfortable bed, and little sitting area, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the eco-friendly approach of the hotel, offering the option to have the room cleaned daily without excessive waste. we had a relaxing and comfortable experience.

This hotel near the station exceeded my expectations! The staff was polite and the rooms were clean. The best part? It was unbelievably quiet! I couldn't hear any noise from cars, trains, or other rooms. The location was convenient, close to all Nagoya stations. The spacious room had plenty of amenities, including drip coffee, bath salts, and even pajamas. There were also many good restaurants nearby. the hotel offered great value for money and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. And let me tell you, the massage was absolutely perfect!
