We had a great experience at Unizo in Umeda. the value for money was excellent, with high-quality accommodations at an affordable price. the single room was cosy and perfect for solo travellers, while the double room, although small in size, was still comfortable. the hotel's location in Umeda was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of food options and a convenient family mart across the road. the lobby and rooms were spotlessly clean, and the shower water pressure was impressive. we highly recommend Unizo for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a sofa and iron in our single room as well. The room was quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful sleep throughout our stay. One of the most impressive moments was when the Manager personally welcomed us on the street, especially as we were traveling with a wheelchair-bound child. We were truly impressed by the level of care and attention they provided. We will definitely come back to this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. Tip: The hotel is conveniently located next to one of the most famous coffee shops, so be sure to try their coffee jelly.
