The best location possible! Right in the heart of Old Town, with all the exciting Christmas markets and interesting shops just a stone's throw away. the host, Manfred, was incredibly attentive and gave us a detailed explanation of the apartment and the places of interest in the area. the apartment itself was modern and luxurious, with a soft bed that was a welcome relief after a long day of exploring.

Only one minor drawback - the parking was a bit of a distance away, but still manageable. Also, the entrance to the apartments was right next to the ice cream shop, so it was easy to miss if you're not paying attention.

Absolutely perfect location in the heart of the city. The apartment was bright and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The beds were fantastic and there were extra mosquito/fly excluders on some of the windows, so no need to chase away any insects. We loved the nearby Landestheater shows and the concert at the Mirabel Palace, both just a short walk away. The apartment had a great air conditioning system that worked perfectly even during the hot June temperatures. Plus, there was no city noise in the rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance to all the attractions. I especially loved how close it was to the river. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the staff provided fresh towels and cleaned the apartment during my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious room and a lovely balcony with great views. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even helping with my luggage up and down the stairs. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the Mirabell palace across the bridge was a huge plus.

Nothing not to love.

I had the most wonderful stay at these apartments. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to all attractions. It was so convenient to walk to the fortress above and the Mirabell palace across the bridge. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a recently renovated and spacious room in a 1000-year-old house. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was both comfortable and quiet - perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff, including the super-friendly host and staff, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even run an ice cream shop downstairs, and their ice cream is truly delicious. I also appreciated the small fridge in the room to keep drinks and desserts, as well as the electric kettle and included teas which were a nice touch.

Nothing not to love. This hotel exceeded all my expectations and I couldn't find a single negative aspect.

I had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the old town. Being so close to everything made it easy to explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and the facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering helpful tips and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The fact that the hotel had a hoist to help with luggage up the narrow staircase was a unique and convenient feature.

We had an amazing stay at the Perfect Location apartment in Salzburg. The spacious two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four, with a luxurious parent bedroom and a separate room for our teenage daughter. The living space was also large and comfortable, with a fold out bed for our son. The apartment overlooked the historic Getreidegas, adding to the charm of our stay. We were lucky to be there during the Salzburg Festival and enjoyed the festivities. The apartment's location was ideal, with easy access to the city's main attractions, cafes, and shops. The owner, Manfred, was a wonderful host, providing great recommendations and excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. we had a fantastic experience at City-Center Apartments in Salzburg.

The apartment was furnished to a high standard and had an extremely comfortable huge bed. The location is perfect as it is right in the main street close to all the markets, shops, river and the fort, but nice and quiet as the windows are double glazed. Everywhere is within a few minutes walk. The rooms were spacious and very modern. The owner is very accommodating and offered many tips on where to eat and what to see. The fully equipped kitchen is simply amazing. There are also very complete collection/set of kitchen utensils and dining wares. City-Center Apartments has more than abundant space for different kinds of storage, making the organization of our personal belongings during the many days of stay easier/less-hectic. The owner, Manfred, is humorous, kind, generous, and handsome beyond believe!

Felt so much at home, no complaints whatsoever.
