I felt like I got great value for my money at Urashima. The room had an amazing view of the harbour, and the hotel's facilities, especially the onsen, exceeded my expectations. The staff treated me with great kindness and the location was perfect for my stay.

The food for breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We had an amazing time at a hotel in Katsuura, with breathtaking views and a unique cave onsen. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the delicious buffet, especially the fresh fish. The hotel also had a convenient Lawson store onsite. Although there were a few drawbacks like the outdated decor and limited WiFi, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel, situated on the hill of the cape, provides a unique and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including both Japanese and Western food, with tons of fresh fish to choose from.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

Unique onsen experience with ocean views. Several facilities to choose from, including a cave onsen. Friendly staff who speak English. Clean and cute rooms. Delicious buffet meals with a focus on fresh fish. Great location for day trips and easy to reach by boat.

Beautiful sunrise views from our room and relaxing hot springs with stunning ocean views. The food was exceptional, especially the fresh tuna. The hotel also provides a boat transfer to the location which is very convenient. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese experience in both the room and onsens.

Although the hotel and room were a bit dated and needed some maintenance, it did not detract from the overall experience, which was unique and enjoyable.

We got great value for our money at Urashima! The room was clean and cute, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the ocean and a convenient boat shuttle to the hotel.
