the private cabin was cozy and always warm, providing a perfect retreat after a day of skiing. the staff, especially rose and travis, were friendly and the shuttle service was convenient. the location was superb, just a quick 2-minute walk to the lift and surrounded by great dining options. overall, a modern, comfortable stay with a lovely atmosphere.

I absolutely adored the serene mountain setting of the hotel with its beautiful Japanese architecture. the manicured trees, traditional bridges, and koi swimming in the moat created a truly peaceful atmosphere. the hotel's layout was easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior guests like myself to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings.

Christmas at this hotel was quite nice. the view from the room was amazing, it was great to sit and appreciate the scenery. the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to the slopes and other activities. Plus, the restaurant bar was a great spot, really enjoyed the drinks and food there.

The housekeeping could have been done better. the bed sheets had stains on them which made us question if they were even fresh.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is fantastic, situated just a stone's throw from the ski lifts, making it incredibly convenient to access the slopes. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Happo Base Center, making transportation to and from the airport a breeze. The newly refurbished 3-bedroom apartment we stayed in was tastefully done and provided us with enhanced comfort and quality. We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, especially Krista and her team, who made our 12-day stay warm and welcoming. The Rabbit Hole in the hotel provided delicious breakfasts and entertainment at night, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Ski rentals were conveniently located just across the road. We highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

We loved our stay at Villa! The three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5, and the abundance of towels made it convenient. The kitchen and family room provided a cozy space for relaxation after a day of skiing. The dry room for ski gear storage and the free washer with detergent on the first floor were also a bonus. The customer service was excellent, with responsive staff who went above and beyond to assist us. we highly recommend Villa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
