The hotel's location near the main attractions and Osaka railways was extremely convenient for exploring the city. It was also close to the office buildings I needed to visit. The cafe on the first floor served delicious coffee and snacks, particularly their cheese burger. The check-in process was smooth, and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with amenities like an air purifier. I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning for future business trips.

While the hotel had many positives, it would have been helpful if they offered assistance in making reservations outside of the hotel. Additionally, the lack of place to put clothes besides hangers was a common issue in Japanese hotels.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and we found that the complementary breakfast was a great start to the day! We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout our stay. The hotel’s location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Another advantage was that the hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearest train station, which made getting around very convenient.

The room was smaller than we expected, and we found it difficult to move around with all of our luggage. the lack of soundproofing meant that we could hear our neighbors very clearly, which was a bit of a disappointment.
