The hotel is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes walking distance to Orange Street, making it easy to reach my desired destination. Additionally, it is also a short walk to the subway/train station, allowing for convenient travel to other parts of town. The rooms, while not overly spacious, were still comfortably sized and had enough space to accommodate big luggage. The entire building was well-maintained and the staff were friendly.

Felt like in a fairy, nothing to complain about.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, being very close to the bus station for an easy journey to the airport. Plus, there was a convenient convenience store right next door. The Namba subway station was also within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bath/shower and free coffee. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including authentic Japanese dishes. the hotel provided great facilities and a convenient location.

The noise from the street outside could be quite loud at times.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. Two complimentary facts offered were the free toiletries and free pajamas. the room was clean and tidy, which was a plus.

The staff's English skills were limited, and it was difficult to communicate at times. the room was quite small, which could be uncomfortable for longer stays.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was decent. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the USB ports next to the bed. The location was great, being near the Namba metro station and a bus station going to KIX. It was also convenient having a big convenience store right next to the hotel. it was a good value for the price.
