I stayed for 4 nights and was really disappointed with the futon. it was quite uncomfortable, even for someone used to futons. The power outlet in the Japanese Style Single Room was awkwardly placed, making it challenging to use. Additionally, the walls were surprisingly thin, which meant I could hear other guests clearly during my stay, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night.
