Situated in front of a bustling market place, guests have easy access to fresh food and local products. The rooms are clean and spacious, with luxurious amenities like deep soaking tubs and cloud-like beds. The staff provide exceptional service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast at the nearby coffee roaster, making for a perfect start to the day.

One small drawback is that there are no windows in some of the rooms, which can be disappointing for those seeking an outside view.

Great location near popular attractions and dining options, plus friendly and helpful staff. the room had ample high-quality toiletries and the towels and robe were very comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water.

Room had low lighting, an interior view and no tub, which differed from the advertised photos. A kettle in the room would have been nice.

We absolutely loved staying here for a romantic getaway at a decent price. This place is conveniently located in the center of downtown, right under the market across the street. The service is outstanding with very attentive staff that have the best customer service we have ever experienced. The amenities were great, including a bar/lounge area, restaurant, and a leisure spa & wellness centre with massage facilities. There is also room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, welcome drink, and more. The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free toiletries were also a plus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Plus, the hotel offered extra options to set the mood in the room, like flowers and robes, which was a wonderful touch.

There was some noise disturbance due to ongoing construction work across the street. the noise started early in the morning and disrupted our sleep.
