The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Ginza where you are surrounded by luxurious brands. The rooms were perfect in every sense - spacious, comfortable beds, superb bathroom, and a super cool design. The restaurant was great, offering a delicious breakfast buffet and a nice bar to unwind at. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location near Ginza's designer stores, restaurants, and subway. The breakfast and happy hour drinks were fantastic, and the food, prepared by an excellent chef, was top-notch. Our spacious and comfortable room had a fantastic shower and a comfortable bed. The staff went above and beyond by storing our snowboards, arranging a van to the airport, and even providing bandaids when I asked for a needle. the staff made us feel at home and made our stay memorable.

As women traveling alone, we loved the clever arrangement of the wash basin in the middle of the room, ensuring privacy when using the bathroom at night. The large shower/bath room and separate toilet room were also fantastic. The sliding door from the sleeping area provided additional privacy. The aircon system was great, never turning off when we left the room. The two comfortable large double beds in the twin room were a definite plus. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with cooked-to-order eggs Benedict!
