my stay at hyatt centric kanazawa was exceptional - the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness, and beautiful design exceeded my expectations. the staff, especially the concierge, were incredibly helpful and professional. i couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being right next to the train station. This makes it very convenient for travelers, as they don't have to go far to reach their accommodation. Additionally, the hotel is situated by a very nice shopping mall, offering guests a wide variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

There is unfortunately no pool or jacuzzi available at the hotel.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great experience. the location was unbeatable – just a stone's throw from the train station and close to a variety of food and drink options. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to assist us. the room was spotless and well-equipped with nice amenities. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The check-in process was confusing and we had a hard time getting the attention of staff who seemed preoccupied with other duties. the front desk location could have been more visible.

The luxurious amenities here were outstanding! I was pampered with top-notch service and a relaxing massage at the in-room spa. the restaurant offered delicious special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall luxurious atmosphere.

The only minor issue I encountered was the heavy winter duvet/doona/quilt in the room. Although the ducted air conditioning could be adjusted to a certain temperature, it was either too hot or too cold for my liking.
