Amazing hotel, private beach, modern luxury, big rooms, amazing pool.

Almost perfect.

The location of the hotel is truly stunning, situated on a beautiful beach with easy access to many other beaches in Phuket. The hotel also offers transportation services to Patong Beach for 700 baht round trip per person, which is a convenient option for exploring the area. Additionally, there are plenty of eateries and shops within close proximity to the hotel, making it easy to find everything you need.

One drawback mentioned by a reviewer is that the menu at the beach cafe, the 'Sand Box', could use more Asian options.

My stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room was cozy and spacious, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and helped me whenever needed. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach nearby and being closer to the airport made a big difference for my early morning flight.

One small thing that could make the breakfast even better is to add fruit popsicles to the menu by the pools.

Everything is what I need and want.

We were initially given a room with smaller beds, but the staff promptly moved us to a higher level room with king size beds. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The grounds were immaculate and the pool villas were private and safe. The staff, including F&B guest relations manager Kate and head chef Billy, were all fabulous and provided excellent service. The beach, although not usable due to high currents, was still beautiful. I highly recommend Renaissance for a fantastic stay in Phuket.

A hidden gem with a breathtaking beach and stunning architecture. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The pool area was relaxing, and the attentive and warm staff made us feel special. The Explore Phuket tour offered by the hotel was a must-do. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and quiet vacation.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the beautiful secluded beach and lush green surroundings of the resort. the resort offered a wide range of amenities, including a full breakfast buffet that had a variety of options such as omelette station, Noodles station, fruits/juice station, pancakes/crepes/waffles/pastries/donuts.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the check-in process was a bit unpleasant, and the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with some of the staff.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. the rooms were well decorated with beautiful views of the beach which was just a short walk from the hotel. It was a great opportunity to relax and take in the beautiful scenery.

The communication with the staff was difficult due to language barriers, and service at the on-site restaurants was slow and unsatisfactory. the prices for the meals were high and the quality was quite poor.

Fantastic Beachfront Villa Experience

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront villa at Renaissance and it exceeded all our expectations. The villa was beautifully appointed, providing the perfect balance of luxury and privacy. We loved having our own plunge pool and the villa was always well maintained by the friendly housekeeping team.

I absolutely loved the hotel facilities, from the beautiful pool to the empty beach. Being situated on a small slope made it feel more exclusive and secluded. The staff provided excellent service and the complementary drinks were a nice touch. The breakfast options were great, and I enjoyed having the option to dine at the Thai restaurant above the beach restaurant.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The extra pillow provided was a pleasant surprise for a pregnant guest. The variety of activities and amenities catered to families and offered privacy. The breakfast offered different dishes daily and was never boring. The beach was clean, quiet, and felt like a private beach. Additionally, complimentary water activities were available.
