I had the best stay at Hyatt Regency Naha! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff went above and beyond to assist me during a typhoon, even providing towels in the rain. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with it being within walking distance of the main shopping district and all sites in the city center. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-furnished with amenities such as a fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom is modern and clean, although a walk-in rainforest shower would have been preferable. The staff provides excellent customer service and is highly professional. Guests have the option to enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the regency lounge or the restaurant on the second floor. The lounge offers beautiful views of the city, mountains, and ocean.

One minor downside is that the shampoo provided in the rooms was not up to par with personal preferences.

Convenient location and nice pool. Easter weekend was spent at this hotel. the location was key as it was easy to reach the shopping areas and nearby restaurants. It was also a plus that the hotel had a pool, although it was a bit small and not as clean as we expected. the room was nice and cozy, which made it comfortable to relax in after a long day of exploring.

Unhelpful front desk and rude staff. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was not very helpful.

The luxurious amenities provided at this hotel were exceptional, exceeding our expectations. This venue has friendly staff, who greeted us with a lovely surprise on our wedding anniversary. the rooms are clean, bright, and well-furnished with a coffee machine and bottled water that was replenished every time the room was cleaned. the location of this venue was also fantastic, with eateries and shopping places all around.

the location of this hotel is also not easy to be found even using GPS, especially for first-time visitors to Okinawa.
