the room was small and the carpet, absolutely horrendous. the beds felt like sleeping on concrete, and the lighting situation made it seem like a horror flick. I almost left a glowing review, but you woudl ve been better served by upgrading my room—typical for hotels like this, I guess.

Upon arrival, I was frustrated to find that the bathroom had black mold, which is concerning for hygiene. Additionally, the shuttle service was misleading. it took longer than expected, and navigating with lots of luggage was overwhelming, especially since it caters to multiple hotels. The firmness of the beds might suit some, but I found them uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
