We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was a decent size, and the hotel had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to a number of restaurants, shops, and bars in the Shinsekai area. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro and JR stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The cleanliness and facilities of the hotel were top-notch, and the air conditioning and bathroom amenities met the high standards Japan is known for.

I loved my stay at a hotel in Shinsekai. The location was fantastic, being very close to the train station and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the laundry machine in the hotel. It was also great to have a Chromecast on the TV.

I recently stayed at Joytel Hotel Shinsekai Sakaisujidori for 3 nights during my trip to Osaka. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the JR station and the bustling Shinsekai area. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful, especially Mr. Jin Dobashi, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with fast wifi. The convenience store right outside was a bonus. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room itself was spacious enough to accommodate our luggage comfortably. Comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep.

While the breakfast menu was set and couldn't be adapted to personal preferences, it was still enjoyable. Additionally, the bathroom had a slight wet smell, but it wasn't a major issue.

There were a few downsides to our stay. For instance, the tap water in our room was either too scorching or too cold, and the breakfast was not included and fully booked when we tried to purchase it separately.
