Had a delightful Christmas vacay in Hokkaido with a wonderful experience at a hotel that served great buffet breakfast and dinner with a good variety of tasty Japanese and international cuisine. the hotel provided an enjoyable hot spring experience with different and relaxing hot bath options. One more advantage was a convenient location, centrally located with free foot onsens nearby, providing great picturesque mountain views.

We had some unfavorable experiences—a noisy Western-style room that needed refurbishing and little sound insulation from the main road while sleeping. the food selection at the buffet looked lovely but lacked a bit in flavor - nothing too exciting for our picky foodie palates.
