The location is fantastic! Just two stops to the main station, with plenty of cafes and shops in Akihabara. The staff were immensely helpful, going above and beyond, and everything was impeccably clean. I even appreciated the drinks and ice facilities. Highly recommend for convenience!

Loved the location—just a hop to the train station! The separate bathroom and toilet made my nightly pampering much smoother. Even snug, the chic design kept me content after a long day out.

The elevators could’ve doubled as a time machine with those long waits! And let’s not discuss the pillow situation unless you enjoy a firm hug from a pancake.

absolutely charmng, but the rooms are tiny—hardly room for my bags. would have been nice to have disposable slippers, too. also, i expected a welcome gift for all my troubles, like a complimentary upgrade, yet nothing. just couldn’t give a good review with these minor inconveniences. such a shame.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Akihabara Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and beyond.

Only two elevators servicing 196 rooms can lead to frustrating wait times, especially during peak hours when the lifts are often packed.

the location of jr-east is unbeatable! it's right next to akihabara station, making it super easy to explore. we loved getting discounts at the hokkaido ice-cream shop on the first floor! many cafes and stores are nearby, so you'll never run out of options.

Perfect for a quick stay

I liked that I could check in so fast , the kiosks they have made it a breeze. The automated robot serving dinner in the hotel was like something out of a sci-fi movie, and it was super fun to see it in action.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but the experience was worth it.
