I got great value for my money at Jr-East Hotel Mets in Akihabara. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the location was unbeatable - right next to the train station and surrounded by all the anime and gaming goodness. The staff treated me with kindness and made me feel welcome.

Breakfast items could have been more varied and interesting.

The room was incredibly comfortable with a great view of the station and vibrant neon lights. Despite being in a busy area, there was no noise at all. The daily room service provided fresh sheets, towels, and even pajamas. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and set a positive tone for each day. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options, easy access to transportation, and various activities nearby.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I recently stayed at Jr-East Hotel Mets in Akihabara for a few nights. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, with endless food and shopping options nearby. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room was larger than expected for a city hotel, very comfortable and clean. The amenities like the microwave and washing machines were very convenient, especially when traveling with kids. a great hotel experience with a fantastic view and friendly staff.

100% Recommend this hotel.

Jr-East Hotel Mets was in a great location, just 2 stops away from a major station. the rooms were spacious and quiet, perfect for a comfortable stay. We were pleased with the size of the beds, as they were big enough for 2 adults and a 3-year-old. the hotel's proximity to Akihabara Station and the Akihabara district made it very convenient for exploring the area. We also appreciated the side door access to the hotel lifts and the convenience store located right below the hotel.

Perfect location, right next to the train station and shopping center. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially Mana Karino. The daily room service and breakfast were a nice touch.

The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. Eating and shopping options were plentiful and within walking distance. the location next to the train station gave us easy access to all Tokyo. We enjoyed having a functioning microwave, a washing machine, and the option to make our own coffee. the air quality in the room was excellent.

The room felt too small for comfort. the space to keep our luggage among other things was lacking.

Convenient location near attractions and transportation. Facilities are readily available. Free WiFi throughout. Plenty of recreational offerings. The perfect place to experience Tokyo.

Loved finding leftover food and hair in fridge, and garbage in key holder. The cleaning staff's note-reading skills were impressive as the fridge remained dirty.

We had a great stay at a hotel right outside of a bustling train station. The location was fantastic, with convenience stores and Starbucks just downstairs. The room was clean and spacious, with new facilities and a larger bathroom compared to other nearby hotels. The cleaning staff went above and beyond, even folding our clothes. The breakfast buffet at Jonathan's was far better than Denny's, and there were decent restaurants and a bar just across the street.

The air conditioning in the room could be better.
