The two lifts are painfully slow during peak hours!!! Dim bathroom lighting is a challenge for putting on makeup. Also, where's the microwave? Late-night convenience store runs are not ideal!!! Air conditioning was erratic!!!

The location is unbeatable , just a 2-minute stroll from Hakata station! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, waiting late for my arrival due to train delays.

The room lacked significant cleanliness upon check-in , with dusty surfaces and hair on the bathroom floor leading to discomfort during my stay.

The spacious room was nicely organized, but I wished for brighter lighting. Excellent access to Hakata Station made navigating the area very easy, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful during our stay.

honestly, my stay here woudl ve been great, if it weren't for the staff's apparent coldness. the lifts were always crowded, and i was rather shocked there were no room upgrades offered after all the inconveniences. the shower temperature was also a workout to manage. such a shame, because i almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't.

staying at jr kyushu was a great choice since it’s just a 5-minute walk from hakata station. the room was spacious and spotless, and every day, we enjoyed two complimentary bottles of water. the shower was fantastic, providing a strong, enjoyable experience after a long day. we also appreciated the relaxing massages available.

It was just a balanced option for a momentary visit in Fukuoka with great value. Front desk staff helped me find a delicious restaurant and even provided information about nearby attractions, which made my stay more enjoyable. Try to learn a few basic Japanese phrases before arriving to communicate better with the staff.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with excellent access to Hakata Station making it easy to explore the city. the complimentary HANDY mobile phone in the room was a fantastic help for navigation and staying connected during our stay.

Breakfast variety, excellent location, small rooms

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Canal City shopping complex and tried some local ramen. The location is super convenient, right across from the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a great deal with lots of options. Don't forget to check out the vending area.

One downside was the air conditioning in our room. it kept resetting in the middle of the night, making it tough to sleep comfortably.
