I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with a soft showerhead and comfortable pillows. Despite low water pressure in some hotels, I was pleasantly surprised by the powerful shower. The location in a quiet area made it easy for me to get in and out, and the hotel facilities were great, including a good air conditioner and fridge. The staff was incredibly helpful and even gave me dining recommendations. Plus, the breakfast they offered was one of the best I had during my trip.

Amazing birthday surprise from my boyfriend. Claudia and Debbie went above and beyond to make our stay special. Late check out allowed us to enjoy our day without rushing. Comfortable bed and walking distance to downtown. highly recommend this hotel.

Another highlight was the breakfast, which was included and served at 6:15 am, allowing us to start our day off right. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant sleep. the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. the hotel is conveniently located near Sun Valley and there are some good food options in the nearby town.

There was a loud generator or compressor that turned on every 5 minutes until late at night and started up again early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. There was no staff at the front counter when I checked out, just a note saying to call if anything is needed.

The card key issue was frustrating, but the maintenance staff was prompt in fixing it. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient for our activities. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Mountain Valley Lodge in Hailey for a weekend getaway. The hot tub and pool were both delightful, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. I loved that I could open a window for some fresh air, and the fact that it is a non-smoking property was a big plus. The breakfast included in the stay was also a nice touch. I appreciated that they didn't disturb us early in the morning to clean the room, unlike other hotels I've experienced lately. The cleaning staff were accommodating and thorough, always ensuring we had enough towels and pillows.
