My Christmas stay was incredible! The room was spacious and cozy, with a private onsen that was perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the location was ideal for visiting nearby attractions and enjoying the beautiful views.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The shuttle to the town was irregular, which made it difficult to get around and explore.

This hotel provides excellent service with friendly and helpful staff who can speak multiple languages. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with indoor and outdoor onsens. The location is great, with easy access to the nearby attractions such as the Hells of Beppu and Umi Jikogu. The dining experience is also commendable, with delicious meals served. this hotel offers a wonderful experience for business travelers.

The public onsen lacks character and some may find it a bit tired.

The spacious room was well-appointed and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kaiseki dinner, featuring locally sourced ingredients, was a delectable culinary experience. The service throughout my stay was attentive and thoughtful. Despite a minor issue with the air system, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
