We had a great stay at a convenient airport hotel near Haneda. the staff were welcoming and provided extra pillows without hesitation. the automated check-in process made arriving late easy, with clear instructions in English. the location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the station. the shuttle to the airport ran smoothly, although it only operates for a few hours in the morning. a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

No 🚕 needed if you have a flight outside the shuttle hours.

Everything is what I need and want.

the rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. I especially liked the facilities in the room, such as the nice bathroom, refreshing shower, and convenient air conditioner. the views from the hotel were also pleasant, and the internet connection was good. the location was super close to the airport, making it easy for me to take a short taxi ride there. I even enjoyed a nice breakfast with friendly staff. there was a convenience store nearby and I liked taking morning strolls along the nearby river.

I had a smooth check-in process and the room was clean and quiet. The location was very convenient, especially with the shuttle service to the airport. The hotel also had amenities and a convenience store nearby. Despite the language barrier, a helpful employee went above and beyond to assist me, which I appreciated.

We also appreciated the automated elevator system which we found very cool.

The shuttle bus to the airport had very limited hours, leaving early risers at a disadvantage. we found it challenging to communicate with the staff effectively due to the language barrier which made it difficult to order room service.
