The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is centrally located, allowing guests to easily walk to all the main tourist sites and excellent restaurants. Additionally, the rooms offer a wonderful view of the river, providing a lovely ambiance for guests.

I had an exceptional stay at a centrally located hotel with a helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, with a coffee maker and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I especially enjoyed the view of the river from my lovely room. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at Alter Kranen.

Nothing to dislike.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling market square and the charming old bridge. I loved how close it was to all the attractions in the city - everything was within easy walking distance. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking the tranquil river. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast served was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, having a locked garage for my bike was a big plus.

The only tiny issue I had was with the electronic entry machine, which was a little confusing when I returned late one night. But, I quickly figured it out.

This hotel offers great value for money. The location is perfect - right by the river and in the city center. The rooms have a great view of the river, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of hot items.

What a great Easter stay! I loved the view from the room, with the river promenade and a castle on the hill. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the central plaza and all the shops, restaurants, and bars. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. the kettle for coffee and a great breakfast were nice touches.

The shower was a bit small for my liking, but it's a small inconvenience given the positives of the hotel. It was a bit confusing to check-in as reception was unmanned after 8 pm and there were no clear instructions, but the facial recognition system worked eventually.
