Keio Plaza Hotel's concierge staff were incredibly helpful in assisting with restaurant reservations. the room was basic, clean, and sufficient for smaller luggage. the location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the JR station and close to shopping centers. the hotel's proximity to the train station and the impressive breakfast spread make it a worthwhile stay.

Minor Negative Aspect Although the room was equipped with advanced equipment and facilities, the air conditioning system was not effective enough to regulate the temperature effectively. But, the staff took prompt measures to resolve the issue and provided an extra heater in the room.
