I stayed at Keio Prelia Hotel for a short trip and was impressed. the close proximity to the JR station was a great convenience, and the friendly, English-speaking staff made our stay comfortable. the room design was outstanding, and the public bath was spacious. Free toiletries and drinks were a nice touch, and the hotel's cleanliness stood out. the breakfast buffet offered local specialties and the gym was well-equipped.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! the location was great, just a few minutes walk from the train station. the staff were super helpful and polite. the room amenities were fantastic - from the comfortable bed to the free toiletries provided. the public bath was a nice touch for unwinding.

I loved how close the hotel was to Sapporo Station with tons of shopping and dining options nearby. the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations, making my stay very comfortable. Plus, the staff were attentive and always one step ahead in meeting my needs.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from Sapporo Station. The room we stayed in was new, clean, and very comfortable. The view from our window was breathtaking, with a clear sight of Moiwayama and Orayuyama Olympic Park. The onsen was a great addition, and it was free of charge. The staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Sapporo.

The public bath is quite small, with only a 10-square-meter pool filled with normal hot water. The laundry facilities were not ideal, with only 4 washing machines for the entire hotel.

The hotel offered great complimentary amenities like toothbrushes and shampoo. the location was ideal, within walking distance to the train station and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room of the city skyline and mountains.

The gym was also under equipped and lacking in machinery. We would have appreciated more common spaces to relax outside of our room, as the lobby tended to get crowded.

This hotel is a gem! its location is unbeatable - it's just a stone's throw away from Sapporo JR station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and their fluency in English is a huge plus. Thirdly, the rooms are surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting three beds without feeling cramped. Lastly, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty dishes to start your day off right.
