We loved the convenient location of Tides Hotel in the bustling D'Mall street. It was a great spot, central to all the shops, restaurants, and the beachfront. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. Despite being in the midst of the busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. we had a great experience at Tides Hotel and would recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my entire visit. I especially want to thank Kiana, May, Gab, and the other staff members who assisted me during my stay. They made sure all my needs were met and even helped me communicate with the driver of my next hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel provided complete toiletries and even gave me complementary Kisses chocolates. In the evening, I enjoyed relaxing by the poolside while listening to the live band. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the center of everything and easily accessible within the D mall area.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is situated very close to the shops and beach, right in the center of D' Mall where there is a lot of restaurant around, giving you plenty of options for dining. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with good beds. The staff is super friendly and provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers delicious Filipino dishes.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and we had a great time. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We received two complementary drinks upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel is located right in the heart of the island, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with stunning views.

The hot water in our room was not working properly and the toilet was constantly getting jammed. These were minor inconveniences, but worth mentioning.
