I was thrilled by the location of the hotel, it was so convenient to explore the main street, bars, and restaurants in Akakura. The lounge and ski storage facilities were spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation and provide helpful advice for local trips. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The room was super big and comfy with a great location. The onsen was beautiful and the breakfast spread was nice. Mieko and the staff were friendly and helpful, offering station pick-up and drop off.

We stayed in a traditional Japanese ryokan located in a popular ski area. The hotel is conveniently situated near the town bus stop, making it easy to explore other villages. The room was spacious and cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to both Japanese and European tastes. the hotel's onsite onsen provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The shared bathroom lacked private shower cubicles, which was a slight surprise upon arrival.
