The hotel had a great location, right in the middle of a traditional part of the city and close to downtown. It was convenient to walk to the nearby attractions and there were plenty of good restaurants in the area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with stylish rooms and a clean and well-maintained reception area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was also a standout, providing a good energy boost to start the day.

Breakfast is worth the extra money with a great selection of Japanese and western-style items. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and speak English well. Beautiful King room with a comfortable bed, modern shower, and pleasing visuals. Impressive public bath with Panasonic hair dryers.

And the breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, with enhanced comfort and quality services.

It is within walking distance to the main tourist areas, close to subway stations and centrally located to the best that Kyoto has to offer. Guests can enjoy the modern and aesthetically pleasing design, as well as the lovely public bath and other amenities.

Some guests have experienced issues with services such as room cleaning and bin emptying.

The maiko show at Granbell was a fantastic experience! We were completely captivated by the traditional dance and music. The room was compact, but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. we would highly recommend Granbell for its unique cultural offerings.
