The location of the hotel is ideal for those interested in visiting the Kabuki theater and the Konpira-san shrine. After a delicious dinner, we had the opportunity to relax in a beautiful garden. The hotel is just a short walk away from the Kompira shrine, making it convenient for sightseeing. The room and attached bathroom were modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff offered perfect service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast menu had a wide variety of options to suit both Japanese and Western tastes.

There was a small issue with the billing process during check-out, which caused some inconvenience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the major sightseeing spots in the area. We were able to easily walk to the Kabuki theater, Konpira-san shrine, and Kompira shrine, which were all breathtaking. After a delicious dinner at the hotel's dining restaurant, we enjoyed sitting in the beautiful garden area, taking in the serene surroundings.

The hotel had a good breakfast with a decent selection of food to choose from. the location was central and close to the shopping area and a number of attractions, making it easy to get around without wasting time. the onsen was the best aspect as it was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere to relax.

The rooms were not cleaned to a high standard and there were stains on the carpet. the staff was not very friendly, spoke little English and did not have much knowledge of the area when asked for recommendations.
